Meet Amanda
I’ve always believed imagination is the most powerful tool we have. Even as a teacher, I found the New Zealand education system too rigid to nurture the whole child, so I did things differently. A bathtub for reading, popcorn on every desk, daily Brain Gym, and creativity at the heart of everything. While the “wicked witch” of a restrictive system tried to cast spells of limitation, I stayed true to what I knew: that imagination and wellbeing transform lives.
That vision soon outgrew the classroom. Life’s challenges—divorce, solo parenting, and my own journey of rebuilding—only strengthened my belief that imagination and faith aren’t luxuries, they’re lifelines. I trained as a Life Mastery Consultant in Los Angeles and combined all my passions to create Kids Life Academy and its foundational Rock Solid Kids programme.
From there, my work expanded to private coaching for children, parents, and families, and to partnerships across the globe. Today, through projects like Abracadabra Dreamers in Nigeria, I wake at 4am to teach children on the other side of the world. What began as a little girl directing plays in her neighbourhood has become a global mission: helping children and families unlock their potential and rewrite their stories through imagination, faith, and heart-led learning.
